A boutique golf tour company built on roots, fairways, and one very persuasive husband.
Fairways & Whiskey started the way a lot of great ideas do—somewhere between a good walk, a great pour, and a “what if?”
Founded by husband-and-wife team Paul and Jillian, the brand blends deep local roots with curated travel experience. Paul is from a small village called Loughguile, just outside Ballycastle in Northern Ireland. A lifelong golfer who prefers early tee times, scenic fairways, and the occasional splash of something strong, he grew up along the wild coastline that now serves as the backdrop for many of their tours.
Jillian is a U.S.-based travel advisor, known for planning intimate, high-quality group getaways that prioritize connection and ease. After hosting trips for women across North America, she and Paul decided to bring that same curated approach to something closer to home: Northern Ireland Golf.
Fairways & Whiskey was born out of that collaboration—designed to offer a different kind of golf trip. No crowded buses, no cookie-cutter schedules. Just great golf, real connection, and thoughtful hosting from people who care deeply about the land they’re showing you.
Their first tour tees off in June 2026 during the Causeway Coast Amateur Tournament, with more small-group trips in the works.
